Seminar overview:
This seminar is aimed at those who have responsibility for gathering, processing or storing personal data. This could be someone who has access to a list of names and addresses of individuals or someone who has responsibility for a database containing personal data. It will address the obligations that an organisation has under the Data Protection Acts and will give some examples of what to do and what not to do. While the primary focus of this seminar is on the organisation perspective, individuals will also find it interesting from their own point of view, as we all give our own personal data to so many sources. Anyone attending this seminar should find it beneficial both personally and professionally.
